
Fresh Herbs Chicken Tikka
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 4 chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
- salt
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp crushed coconut
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender add parsley, cilantro, green chili, white pepper powder, salt, green onions, coconut, lemon juice, and yogurt. Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
- Marinate chicken in the herb mixture for about 20 minutes and add them to a skewer.
- Place the chicken on the air fryer basket and lightly spray using a 0-calorie oil spray.
- Air fry at 430 for 25 minutes.
