Fresh Herbs Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast cubes
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 4 chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp crushed coconut
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a blender add parsley, cilantro, green chili, white pepper powder, salt, green onions, coconut, lemon juice, and yogurt. Blend until you get a smooth consistency.
  2. Marinate chicken in the herb mixture for about 20 minutes and add them to a skewer.
  3. Place the chicken on the air fryer basket and lightly spray using a 0-calorie oil spray.
  4. Air fry at 430 for 25 minutes.
