Mango Salsa Fish Tacos
Cajun fish tacos with a tangy mango salsa
Ingredients
- 5 Medium-sized Tilapia Fillets You can use any white fish
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 15 Corn Tortillas
Mango Salsa
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Chopped Mangoes
- 2 Cups Deseeded & Chopped Cucumbers
- 1/2 Cup Minced Cilantro
- 3/4 Cup Lime Juice
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Guacamole Salsa optional
- Spicy Mayo optional
Instructions
- Season the fish with cajun seasoning and air fry at 350 for 12 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients of mango salsa and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Heat up some tortillas (I like to heat them up with a little bit of cajun butter)
- Spread some guacamole salsa on the tortilla, place the fish, add the mango salsa and top with some spicy mayo and enjoy!
