Method
- In a pan heat oil and fry onions for 4 minutes on medium heat.
- Add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander, cumin, nigella seeds and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chicken and cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add potatoes and mix, add 2 cups of water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
- Garnish with green chilies, fresh coriander and enjoy!
