Beef Chili Dry

My easy version of this Indo-Chinese dish
Course lunch

Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds beef tenderloin cut it in strips
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2/4 cup water or stock
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion sliced
  • 1 sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 sliced red bell pepper
  • green onions as needed

Instructions
 

  • Marinate beef garlic, black pepper, white pepper, sugar, bouillon powder, soy sauce, vinegar, corn flour, and all-purpose flour for 20 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat oil and fry green chilies for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the meat, onions and bell peppers. Cook for at least 15 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
  • Add water and cook on low heat for 4 minutes.
  • Top with sesame oil, green onions and enjoy!
