Butter Chicken Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast cut in cubes
  • 16 oz pasta noodles
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup tomato paste
  • 2 sliced shallots
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • dried parsley as needed

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta noodles and set aside 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  • In a pan heat oil and butter and add shallots, chicken, salt, turmeric, black pepper, garam masala, cumin, and red chili powder. Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add tomato paste and stir.
  • Mix in the pasta water and heavy cream and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the boiled noodles, red chili flakes, parsley and mix.
