Chicken Curry

Easy chicken and potato curry recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken Drumsticks 5 pieces
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed Dried Corriander
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Nigella Seeds
  • 2 Potatoes Cut them in cubes
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • In a pan heat oil and fry onions for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, coriander, cumin, nigella seeds and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken and cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add potatoes and mix, add 2 cups of water and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.
  • Garnish with green chilies, fresh coriander and enjoy!
