Chicken Tikka Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast cut them in cubes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green chili sliced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 lb Pasta boil and set 1/2 cup of pasta water aside
  • 1 lump of coal burnt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in cumin powder, chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, salt, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, and smoke with a lump of coal.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions on medium heat, add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the chicken and cook on high heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add green chili and bell peppers, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and pasta water, simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
  • Mix in the boiled pasta and sprinkle red chili flakes.
