Creamy Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Boil & Shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Boiled Eggs Mashed
  • 2 Eggs for egg wash
  • 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Bread as needed

Method
 

  1. Boil chicken and shred it, mix in mayonnaise, boiled eggs, mustard, heavy cream, mustard, black pepper, salt and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
  2. For the egg wash, beat the eggs and mix in salt and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture on the sandwich bread and dip the sandwich in the egg wash.
  4. Shallow fry the sandwiches on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side and enjoy!
