Mango Salsa Fish Tacos

Cajun fish tacos with a tangy mango salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Medium-sized Tilapia Fillets You can use any white fish
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 15 Corn Tortillas

Mango Salsa

  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Chopped Mangoes
  • 2 Cups Deseeded & Chopped Cucumbers
  • 1/2 Cup Minced Cilantro
  • 3/4 Cup Lime Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Guacamole Salsa optional
  • Spicy Mayo optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the fish with cajun seasoning and air fry at 350 for 12 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients of mango salsa and let it sit in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Heat up some tortillas (I like to heat them up with a little bit of cajun butter)
  • Spread some guacamole salsa on the tortilla, place the fish, add the mango salsa and top with some spicy mayo and enjoy!
