Ingredients
  

  • 125 Grams Boneless Chicken cut in cubes
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion Blended
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Lump of Coal
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, heavy cream, cumin seeds, black pepper, red chili powder, green chili, ginger, garlic and salt for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the blended onions. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes on high heat.
  3. Add milk and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  4. Give smoke with a lump of coal and enjoy with naan.
