Ingredients
  

  • 125 Grams Boneless Chicken cut in cubes
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion Blended
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Lump of Coal
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in yogurt, heavy cream, cumin seeds, black pepper, red chili powder, green chili, ginger, garlic and salt for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the blended onions. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes on high heat.
  • Add milk and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  • Give smoke with a lump of coal and enjoy with naan.
