Mini Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 boneless chicken breast cut it in cubes
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • pita bread as needed
  • onion as needed
  • mozzarella cheese as needed
  • green chilies as needed
  • cilantro as needed

Method
 

  1. In a pan add chicken, all the spices, oil, yogurt, tomato paste, and cook on high heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix in heavy cream and simmer for a minute and set the chicken aside.
  3. Place pita bread in an airfryer basket or baking tray.
  4. Top the pita with the chicken mixture, cheese, green chilies, onions, cilantro, red chili flakes. Airfry at 400F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
