Mini Chicken Tikka Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 boneless chicken breast cut it in cubes
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • pita bread as needed
  • onion as needed
  • mozzarella cheese as needed
  • green chilies as needed
  • cilantro as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add chicken, all the spices, oil, yogurt, tomato paste, and cook on high heat for 15 minutes.
  • Mix in heavy cream and simmer for a minute and set the chicken aside.
  • Place pita bread in an airfryer basket or baking tray.
  • Top the pita with the chicken mixture, cheese, green chilies, onions, cilantro, red chili flakes. Airfry at 400F for 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
