Mutton Masala
Ingredients
- 900 Grams Bone in Goat Meat
- 2 Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 1 tsp Dried Corriander
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 Crushed Green Chili
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Water
- Ghee as needed
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan and add all the ingrents above including the meat.
- Cook on medium heat for 30 to 36 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 cup of water, cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Cook on low heat for additional 5 minutes.
- Serve with naan and enjoy!
