Ingredients
  

  • 900 Grams Bone in Goat Meat
  • 2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Green Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Dried Corriander
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 3 Crushed Green Chili
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ghee as needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add all the ingrents above including the meat.
  • Cook on medium heat for 30 to 36 minutes while stirring occasionally.
  • Add 1 cup of water, cover the lid and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Cook on low heat for additional 5 minutes.
  • Serve with naan and enjoy!
