Yogurt Smoked Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Leg Quarters
  • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp onion paste
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 crushed green chili
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 lump of coal

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in all the spices and yogurt for 20 minutes.
  • In a nonstick cooking pan, add frozen vegetables and place the marinated chicken on top.
  • Burn on a coal, add it to a small foil and place it on the top of the chicken. Add a few drops of oil to the coal and cover it with a lid for 5 minutes and remove it.
  • Cook on low to medium heat for 25 minutes, add 2-3 tbsp water to make steam.
