Steamed Chicken Tikka
Easy low calorie recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Leg Quaraters Separate the leg and thigh and make slits on each piece
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in all the ingredeients above for an hour.
- Spray oil in a nonstick cooking pan and add chicken.
- Cover the pan with the lid and let it steam on medium heat.
- Cook for 25 minutes and make sure to flip the chicken after 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
