Steamed Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Leg Quaraters Separate the leg and thigh and make slits on each piece
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in all the ingredeients above for an hour.
  • Spray oil in a nonstick cooking pan and add chicken.
  • Cover the pan with the lid and let it steam on medium heat.
  • Cook for 25 minutes and make sure to flip the chicken after 15 minutes.
  • Serve over rice and enjoy!
