Steamed Chicken Tikka

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Leg Quaraters Separate the leg and thigh and make slits on each piece
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken in all the ingredeients above for an hour.
  2. Spray oil in a nonstick cooking pan and add chicken.
  3. Cover the pan with the lid and let it steam on medium heat.
  4. Cook for 25 minutes and make sure to flip the chicken after 15 minutes.
  5. Serve over rice and enjoy!
