
Tandoori Egg Toast
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- bread as needed
Instructions
- In a pan, whisk eggs along with all the seasonings.
- Dip the bread slices in the bread, add the bell peppers and cover with the second egg-soaked bread.
- Shallow fry on both sides for 3 minutes on medium heat and enjoy!
