Tandoori Egg Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 chopped bell pepper
  • bread as needed

Method
 

  1. In a pan, whisk eggs along with all the seasonings.
  2. Dip the bread slices in the bread, add the bell peppers and cover with the second egg-soaked bread.
  3. Shallow fry on both sides for 3 minutes on medium heat and enjoy!
