
Airfried Crispy Chicken Sandwich
Healthy version of a crispy chicken sandwich
Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 1 fillet Boneless Chicken Thigh
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
For the wet batter
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 3 ounces Water
For the dry mixture
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
For the burger
- 1 Keto Burger Bun
- 1 tbsp Spicy Mayo
- Caramelized Onions Optional
- Tomato Optional
- Lettuce Optional
Instructions
- Season Chicken with cajun spices.
- Mix all the ingredients for the wet batter and dry mixture in two separate bowls.
- Dip Chicken in the wet batter and then coat it properly with the dry mixture.
- Place the chicken in the air fryer and make sure to oil spray the chicken.
- Air fry the chicken at 380F for 30 minutes. Assemble the cooked chicken on the burger with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
