Airfried Crispy Chicken Sandwich

Healthy version of a crispy chicken sandwich

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 fillet Boneless Chicken Thigh
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
For the wet batter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3 ounces Water
For the dry mixture
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
For the burger
  • 1 Keto Burger Bun
  • 1 tbsp Spicy Mayo
  • Caramelized Onions Optional
  • Tomato Optional
  • Lettuce Optional

Method
 

  1. Season Chicken with cajun spices.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the wet batter and dry mixture in two separate bowls.
  3. Dip Chicken in the wet batter and then coat it properly with the dry mixture.
  4. Place the chicken in the air fryer and make sure to oil spray the chicken.
  5. Air fry the chicken at 380F for 30 minutes. Assemble the cooked chicken on the burger with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!
