Black Bean Sauce Shrimps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Shrimp peeled & deveined
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Black Bean Paste
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce any kind
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • In a cooking pan add oil and saute garlic on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and saute until shrimp is half cooked and remove it from the pan.
  • Add onions, bell peppers, sugar, and black bean paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes.
  • Add the half-cooked shrimps back to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Serve over boiled rice and enjoy!
