Black Bean Sauce Shrimps
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Shrimp peeled & deveined
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 1/2 cup Diced Bell Peppers
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Black Bean Paste
- 1 tsp Hot Sauce any kind
- 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In a cooking pan add oil and saute garlic on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add shrimp and saute until shrimp is half cooked and remove it from the pan.
- Add onions, bell peppers, sugar, and black bean paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Add the half-cooked shrimps back to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
- Serve over boiled rice and enjoy!
