Instructions
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
In a cooking pan add oil and saute garlic on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and saute until shrimp is half cooked and remove it from the pan.
Add onions, bell peppers, sugar, and black bean paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it simmer on medium heat for 4 minutes.
Add the half-cooked shrimps back to the pan and cook for 4 minutes.
Serve over boiled rice and enjoy!
