
Chicken Leg Rice Bowl
Airfried chicken with cumin turmeric rice
Ingredients
For Chicken:
- 8 Chicken Drumsticks
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
For Yogurt Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
For Salad:
- 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cucumbers
- 1/3 cup Chopped Onions
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 1/2 cup Chopped Lettuce
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
For Rice
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 3 cups Water
Instructions
- Season chicken in the spices above and airfry at 400 for 30 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients for the yogurt sauce.
- Mix the ingredients for the salad.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin seeds and turmeric for 2 minutes. Add rice and mix. Add water and the chicken cube, boil until the water has completely dried. Cover the pan with the lid and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Add rice to a bowl, top with chicken salad, yogurt sauce and enjoy!
