Chicken Leg Rice Bowl

Airfried chicken with cumin turmeric rice

Ingredients
  

For Chicken:

  • 8 Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

For Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill

For Salad:

  • 1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Chopped Green Chili
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil

For Rice

  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 3 cups Water

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken in the spices above and airfry at 400 for 30 minutes.
  • Mix the ingredients for the yogurt sauce.
  • Mix the ingredients for the salad.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin seeds and turmeric for 2 minutes. Add rice and mix. Add water and the chicken cube, boil until the water has completely dried. Cover the pan with the lid and steam on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add rice to a bowl, top with chicken salad, yogurt sauce and enjoy!
