Chipotle Chicken Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Chipotle Chili in Adobo sauce
- 1/4 tsp Salt
For Toppings:
- 2 cup Boiled Rice
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro add 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Cooked Bell Peppers and Onions
- 1/2 cup Mashed Avocado
- 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
- 1/2 cup Lettuce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken thighs in all the spices above and airfry at 400F for 20 minutes.
- Add lettuce to a bowl, add rice and top with tomato mixture, bell peppers and onions, sweet corn, avocado and enjoy!
