Chipotle Chicken Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Chili in Adobo sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

For Toppings:

  • 2 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro add 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bell Peppers and Onions
  • 1/2 cup Mashed Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken thighs in all the spices above and airfry at 400F for 20 minutes.
  • Add lettuce to a bowl, add rice and top with tomato mixture, bell peppers and onions, sweet corn, avocado and enjoy!
