Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
- 2 sliced green chilies
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 4 whisked eggs
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Boil rice and set aside.
- In a pan, add oil and scramble the eggs.
- Add in all the veggies and cook on high heat for 4 minutes.
- Add black pepper, white pepper, salt, sugar and mix.
- Add rice, oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, top with green onions and enjoy.
