Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
  • 2 sliced green chilies
  • 2 cups sweet corn
  • 4 whisked eggs
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Boil rice and set aside.
  2. In a pan, add oil and scramble the eggs.
  3. Add in all the veggies and cook on high heat for 4 minutes.
  4. Add black pepper, white pepper, salt, sugar and mix.
  5. Add rice, oyster sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, top with green onions and enjoy.
