Honey Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch Slurry
- 2 cup Steamed Broccoli
- Sesame Seeds as needed
- Green Onions as needed
Instructions
- Marinate shrimp in honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and black pepper.
- Set aside 2 tbsp of the marinade and add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to it.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp for 5 minutes on medium heat, add steamed broccoli and cornstarch marinade.
- Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve over rice and enjoy!
