Honey Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch Slurry
  • 2 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • Sesame Seeds as needed
  • Green Onions as needed

Method
 

  1. Marinate shrimp in honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Set aside 2 tbsp of the marinade and add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook shrimp for 5 minutes on medium heat, add steamed broccoli and cornstarch marinade.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes, sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions.
  5. Serve over rice and enjoy!
