Method
- In a pan add 4 cups of water, cardamom, star anise, and tea leaves.
- Let it boil on high heat for at least 25 minutes.
- Add 2 cups of cold water and let it boil for another 25 minutes.
- Add milk, heavy cream, and sugar as needed. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Top with some crushed nuts and enjoy.
