crushed cardamoms

Kashmiri chai leaves

star anise

heavy cream
sugar
as needed
crushed nuts
as needed
Instructions
In a pan add 4 cups of water, cardamom, star anise, and tea leaves.
Let it boil on high heat for at least 25 minutes.
Add 2 cups of cold water and let it boil for another 25 minutes.
Add milk, heavy cream, and sugar as needed. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
Top with some crushed nuts and enjoy.
