Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 chicken breast cut it in tenders, remove fat
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • In a bowl add crushed cornflakes, and in a separate bowl add whisked egg.
  • Dip chicken into the egg wash and then coat with the crushed cornflakes.
  • Airfry at 425F for 15 minutes.
  • In the meantime, melt butter in a pan and fry garlic. Add buffalo sauce and cottage cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.
  • Once the tenders are done brush the sauce on tenders and enjoy!
