Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 chicken breast cut it in tenders, remove fat
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. In a bowl add crushed cornflakes, and in a separate bowl add whisked egg.
  3. Dip chicken into the egg wash and then coat with the crushed cornflakes.
  4. Airfry at 425F for 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, melt butter in a pan and fry garlic. Add buffalo sauce and cottage cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.
  6. Once the tenders are done brush the sauce on tenders and enjoy!
