Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
- In a bowl add crushed cornflakes, and in a separate bowl add whisked egg.
- Dip chicken into the egg wash and then coat with the crushed cornflakes.
- Airfry at 425F for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, melt butter in a pan and fry garlic. Add buffalo sauce and cottage cheese. Simmer for 2 minutes and set aside.
- Once the tenders are done brush the sauce on tenders and enjoy!
