Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams boiled potatoes
  • 4 low carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Crush the boiled potatoes and add green onions, green chili, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  • In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp of water.
  • Cut each tortilla into half, shape it as shown in the video and use the flour mixture to make sure the samosas are properly closed.
  • Add 1-2 tbsp of potato filling in each samosa and air fry them at 425F for 10 minutes.
