Low Calorie Samosas
Ingredients
- 300 grams boiled potatoes
- 4 low carb tortillas
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 chopped green chili
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Crush the boiled potatoes and add green onions, green chili, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
- In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp of water.
- Cut each tortilla into half, shape it as shown in the video and use the flour mixture to make sure the samosas are properly closed.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of potato filling in each samosa and air fry them at 425F for 10 minutes.
