Low Calorie Samosas

Ingredients
  

  • 300 grams boiled potatoes
  • 4 low carb tortillas
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Crush the boiled potatoes and add green onions, green chili, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
  2. In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp of water.
  3. Cut each tortilla into half, shape it as shown in the video and use the flour mixture to make sure the samosas are properly closed.
  4. Add 1-2 tbsp of potato filling in each samosa and air fry them at 425F for 10 minutes.
