Instructions
Crush the boiled potatoes and add green onions, green chili, red chili powder, red chili flakes, salt, turmeric, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 1 tbsp of water.
Cut each tortilla into half, shape it as shown in the video and use the flour mixture to make sure the samosas are properly closed.
Add 1-2 tbsp of potato filling in each samosa and air fry them at 425F for 10 minutes.
