- In a bowl mix flour, 1 tbsp of paprika, 1 tbsp black pepper, salt and coat the chicken with the mixture.
- Add oil to a pan and fry the coated chicken for 5 minutes on medium on both sides and remove from the pan.
- In the same pan, add onions, garlic, sugar, salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp paprika and cook until onions are soft.
- Mix in the tomato paste, chicken broth, red pepper flakes, and oregano, stir and add the chicken. Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- In the end mix sour cream and serve over rice.
