Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

Low-calorie crispy Tilapia fish in airfryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Season tilapia with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, mustard and egg.
  • Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on a plate and coat tilapia fillets in the mixture.
  • Airyfry the fish at 400F for 12 minutes, make sure to oil spray the fish fillets from the top before air frying.
  • Serve with veggies and enjoy!
