Parmesan Crusted Tilapia
Low-calorie crispy Tilapia fish in airfryer!
Ingredients
- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Mustard Paste
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Season tilapia with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, mustard and egg.
- Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on a plate and coat tilapia fillets in the mixture.
- Airyfry the fish at 400F for 12 minutes, make sure to oil spray the fish fillets from the top before air frying.
- Serve with veggies and enjoy!
