Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

Low-calorie crispy Tilapia fish in airfryer!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 1 Egg

Method
 

  1. Season tilapia with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, mustard and egg.
  2. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on a plate and coat tilapia fillets in the mixture.
  3. Airyfry the fish at 400F for 12 minutes, make sure to oil spray the fish fillets from the top before air frying.
  4. Serve with veggies and enjoy!
