
Shrimp Fried Rice
Easy fried recipe under 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 cups Day Old Boiled rice
- 2 cups Mixed Frozen Vegetable
- 3 Whisked Eggs
- 1 cup Green Onions
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Ginger
- 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Garlic
Instructions
- In a wok heat 3 tbsp of oil and fry shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- Add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add frozen vegetables, green onions, salt & black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add eggs and cook, once the eggs are cooked add rice and soy sauce.
- Sprinkle some more green onions in the end and enjoy!
