Shrimp Fried Rice

Easy fried recipe under 20 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups Day Old Boiled rice
  • 2 cups Mixed Frozen Vegetable
  • 3 Whisked Eggs
  • 1 cup Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chopped Fresh Garlic

Method
 

  1. In a wok heat 3 tbsp of oil and fry shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
  2. Add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add frozen vegetables, green onions, salt & black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add eggs and cook, once the eggs are cooked add rice and soy sauce.
  5. Sprinkle some more green onions in the end and enjoy!
