Mixed Frozen Vegetable

Green Onions

Soy Sauce

Salt

Chopped Fresh Ginger

Chopped Fresh Garlic
Instructions
In a wok heat 3 tbsp of oil and fry shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
Add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Add frozen vegetables, green onions, salt & black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add eggs and cook, once the eggs are cooked add rice and soy sauce.
Sprinkle some more green onions in the end and enjoy!
