Spinach Cream Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
- 16 oz Spinach steamed
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 20 Spring Roll Wrappers
Instructions
- Mix spinach, cream cheese, feta cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, paprika, and mix.
- Add the mixture to a spring roll wrapper and close the wrapper using egg wash.
- Deep fry or air fry the rolls, serve with tea and enjoy!
