Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Spinach steamed
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 20 Spring Roll Wrappers

Method
 

  1. Mix spinach, cream cheese, feta cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, paprika, and mix.
  2. Add the mixture to a spring roll wrapper and close the wrapper using egg wash.
  3. Deep fry or air fry the rolls, serve with tea and enjoy!
