Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add cumin seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, salt, paprika, green chili, parsley, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and blend.
  • Add the blended mixture to the tilapia fillets and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add the fish to a pan with all the marinade and cover. Cook on low heat for 12 minutes and enjoy!
