Method
- In a blender add cumin seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, salt, paprika, green chili, parsley, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and blend.
- Add the blended mixture to the tilapia fillets and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add the fish to a pan with all the marinade and cover. Cook on low heat for 12 minutes and enjoy!
