Steamed Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1/2 tsp Peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Green Chili
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Garlic

Method
 

  1. In a blender add cumin seeds, peppercorns, fennel seeds, salt, paprika, green chili, parsley, garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and blend.
  2. Add the blended mixture to the tilapia fillets and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Add the fish to a pan with all the marinade and cover. Cook on low heat for 12 minutes and enjoy!
