Airfried Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Season salmon with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, cottage cheese, and lemon juice.
  3. On a plate mix bread crumbs, parsley, and oregano.
  4. Spread the mayo mixture on top of the salmon evenly and tap breadcrumbs on top of it.
  5. Spray lightly using an oil spray and airfry at 400 F for 10 minutes.
