Cut chicken breast into small cubes, add cajun seasoning, and cook on high heat for 15 minutes. Remove the chicken once cooked and heat up tortillas in the same pan. Add some shredded cheese and let it melt. Add chicken, pico de gallo (chopped onion, jalapeños, tomato, cilantro, lemon juice, and mix) add salsa verde (i used store-bought).
