Marinate chicken with all the spices for 10-15 minutes and shallow fry in a pan. Set aside once it's fully cooked.
For the sauce heat oil in a pan and fry mushrooms on medium heat until the water is dried out.
Mix in the butter and flour. Add chicken stock, heavy cream, salt, pepper and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve the chicken with mushroom sauce and enjoy.
