Creamy Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 pound Boneless Chicken Boil & Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
- 3 Boiled Eggs Mashed
- 2 Eggs for egg wash
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Mustard Paste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Salt to taste
- Bread as needed
Instructions
- Boil chicken and shred it, mix in mayonnaise, boiled eggs, mustard, heavy cream, mustard, black pepper, salt and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
- For the egg wash, beat the eggs and mix in salt and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
- Spread the chicken mixture on the sandwich bread and dip the sandwich in the egg wash.
- Shallow fry the sandwiches on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side and enjoy!
