Instructions
Boil chicken and shred it, mix in mayonnaise, boiled eggs, mustard, heavy cream, mustard, black pepper, salt and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
For the egg wash, beat the eggs and mix in salt and 1 tsp of red chili flakes.
Spread the chicken mixture on the sandwich bread and dip the sandwich in the egg wash.
Shallow fry the sandwiches on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side and enjoy!
