Method
- In a pan melt butter and add oil.
- Add green chilies, coriander, garlic and saute for 3 minutes on medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook for 3 minutes, mix in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, white pepper, paprika, sugar, chili flakes, and soy sauce.
- Cook on low heat for 4 minutes, serve on tortillas, and enjoy!
