Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 Whole Garlic
  • 1 Medium Sized Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Pinch of Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Method
 

  1. In an oven safe dish, add tomatoes, onions, garlic, bell pepper, black pepper, salt and oil.
  2. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 400 Fahrenheit.
  3. Once the mixture is roasted remove the garlic peel.
  4. Blend the mixture and add chicken broth, heavy cream, parmesan and sugar.
  5. Top with basil and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve with grilled cheese and enjoy.
